Our Mission

Bloom Dance Co. was created in 2016 with the purpose of combining our directors two passions: dance and special education. Our mission is to provide specialized dance instruction for students with special needs and different abilities and increase awareness of inclusion and kindness.

Directors

Karlee has over 18 years of dance experience. She was president of her drill team in high school and has taught Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Tumbling, and more for over 10 years. She received a Bachelor's Degree from Utah State University in Severe Special Education. Karlee has worked side by side with individuals with specials needs for 10 years. Currently, she teaches in a functional skills classroom at a local high school.

Erin is a Registered Behavior Technician with over 10 years of experience of working and loving individuals with special needs. She has worked in a high school setting and currently works in an elementary school specializing in behavior therapy. Erin also trained in Jazz, Cheer, Hip-Hop, and Ballet.
